My wedding was nearly 5 years ago. There is little to nothing I would change about that day. That being said, I probably could have taken some pressure off myself by opting to have someone else style my hair (...hint hint, Brides!) As a performer, I often had to do my own hair and felt pretty confident about my capabilities. Also, my choice to not hire a professional was a result of a having had my hair done once as a bridesmaid and I just didn't feel myself.

I realize now it's all about finding the right person to take care of hair and make up and scheduling a trial run. When I learned that my personal hair stylist Breanna Keiter had launched her own business, I thought it would be fun to "make good" on my choice to do my own hair and have her use my locks for a bridal hair inspo shoot. We were joined by my friends Lauren, Lindsey, Ciara, and photographer Sarah Bode-Clark to bring you several different options to consider for your big day.
